1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 7bdtk website, creating an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or participating in any game or betting activity offered on the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other person who accesses or uses any portion of the 7bdtk platform.

7bdtk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior individual notice. When material changes are made, we will publish an updated version of these Terms on this page with a revised effective date. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations. Where any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use the 7bdtk platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the period your account remains active:

• You are using the platform on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not registered as a self-excluded player on any gambling self-exclusion scheme.
• You have not previously had a 7bdtk account closed or suspended for a breach of these Terms.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited for your personal use.
• You are of sound mind and are not acting under duress or impairment of any kind when making gambling decisions.

Age Verification Process

7bdtk conducts age and identity verification as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents to confirm your identity and age before a withdrawal is processed or a bonus is released:

• A copy of your valid national identity card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission.
• A valid passport or birth registration certificate as an alternative identification document.
• A recent utility bill, bank statement, or mobile wallet statement as proof of address.

7bdtk reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time if we have reasonable grounds to believe that the details provided during registration are inaccurate, incomplete, or potentially fraudulent. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the time period specified in any verification request may result in account suspension or closure.

Under-Age Account Detection

If 7bdtk determines at any time that an account was registered by or is being used by a person under the age of 18, the account will be permanently closed with immediate effect. Any balance remaining in such an account will be returned to the payment method used for the most recent deposit, less any bonus amounts that were credited during the period of use. 7bdtk will not be liable for any losses incurred by an under-age user or any third party as a result of under-age gambling activity on the platform.

3 Account Registration & Verification

Each eligible individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 7bdtk platform. Opening or attempting to open more than one account — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any bonuses claimed across those accounts.

Registration Requirements

When creating your 7bdtk account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including but not limited to:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your official identification documents.
• A valid, unique email address that you own and have access to.
• Your date of birth confirming you are 18 years of age or older.
• Your current residential address in Bangladesh.
• A valid mobile number registered in your name with a Bangladesh network (Grameenphone, Robi, Banglalink, or Teletalk).

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all winnings and bonuses, and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username and password. 7bdtk strongly recommends that you:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) if offered within your account security settings.
• Never share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.

7bdtk accepts no responsibility for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials. If you suspect that your account has been compromised, you must notify our support team immediately via live chat so that appropriate security measures can be applied without delay.

Account Inactivity

An account that has not recorded any login, deposit, game activity, or withdrawal for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as inactive. 7bdtk reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee to dormant accounts in accordance with the fee schedule published in the account settings section. You will be notified by email before any inactivity fee is applied. Reactivating your account is straightforward — simply log in and contact support if required.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 7bdtk platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 7bdtk supports a range of local and international payment methods designed to serve players across Bangladesh with minimal friction and maximum speed.

• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• 7bdtk does not charge any processing fee on deposits. However, your payment service provider may apply their own transaction charges — please check with your provider.
• 7bdtk reserves the right to request verification of the source of any deposit that appears unusual in size, frequency, or origin before crediting the amount to your account balance.

Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount on 7bdtk is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete and in good standing on your account.

• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad wallets are typically processed within one (1) to four (4) hours of approval for fully verified accounts.
• Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) to two (2) business days depending on the receiving institution.
• 7bdtk reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence checks to withdrawal requests above ৳50,000, which may extend processing times while verification is completed.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to a payment method that was not used for at least one deposit on your account, unless specifically approved by our payments team following a support request.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be fully met before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be approved.

Anti-Money Laundering

7bdtk applies robust Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures in accordance with international best practices for online gaming platforms. 5 Bonuses & Promotions

In the event of a conflict between the specific offer terms and these general conditions, the specific offer terms shall prevail.

Wagering Requirements and Restricted Games

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

Sports betting on 7bdtk — including cricket (BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other markets — is subject to the specific rules of each sport and market type as defined in the sportsbook rules documentation. Key principles include:

• Bets accepted by 7bdtk are binding. Once a bet is confirmed and a bet ID is issued, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
• In the event of a match abandonment or walkover, the specific settlement rule for that market type will apply as stated in the sportsbook rules.
• 7bdtk reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of a pricing error, data feed error, or manifest mistake in the odds published.
• Maximum payout limits apply per market. These limits are displayed in the bet slip before a wager is confirmed.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7bdtk platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement or other relevant authorities.

• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to make deposits. Providing false personal information during registration or KYC verification. Attempting to charge back deposits that have been genuinely wagered on the platform.
• Bonus Abuse: Opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once. Using irregular betting patterns designed to exploit bonus wagering requirements while minimising risk (e.g., placing equal opposing bets on the same event). Colluding with other players to collectively exploit a promotional offer.
• Collusion and Match Fixing: Colluding with other players or third parties in live casino games or betting markets to gain an unfair advantage. Placing bets on events where the outcome is known or influenced in advance.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets, play games, or interact with the 7bdtk platform in a non-human manner without explicit written consent from 7bdtk.
• Money Laundering: Using the 7bdtk platform as a mechanism for money laundering or any other financial crime. Depositing funds from illegal sources. Structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds.
• Account Sharing: Sharing your account credentials with any other person, or allowing any other person to access or use your account on your behalf, regardless of whether they are a family member or trusted individual.
• System Abuse: Attempting to access, modify, reverse engineer, or interfere with any part of the 7bdtk platform, its source code, servers, databases, or software systems.

7bdtk uses automated monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where suspicious activity is detected, 7bdtk may place a temporary hold on affected accounts while an investigation is conducted. During any investigation, you may be asked to provide documentation or explanations to assist in resolving the matter. Cooperation with investigation requests is a condition of continued account access.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Voluntary Account Closure

You have the right to close your 7bdtk account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected] from the email address registered to your account. Before your account is closed, any active bonuses will be removed from your balance and the remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe. If you wish to close your account for responsible gaming reasons, we strongly encourage you to use the self-exclusion tool available in your account settings, which provides faster protection than a standard account closure request.

Suspension by 7bdtk

7bdtk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of any form of fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 7 of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a request by 7bdtk.
• Receipt of a chargeback instruction from a payment provider in connection with a deposit made to the account.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Discovery that the account holder is a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited.
• At the request of a responsible gaming authority or law enforcement agency.

Where an account is suspended pending an investigation, 7bdtk will endeavour to complete its investigation within thirty (30) days and will communicate the outcome to the account holder via their registered email address. If the investigation concludes with a finding of no wrongdoing, the account will be reinstated and any balance restored in full. If the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, the account will be permanently closed and any remaining balance may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature of the breach.

Effect of Closure

Upon permanent closure of your account, all data associated with the account will be retained by 7bdtk in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data retention regulations. You will not be permitted to re-register on the platform under a different identity. Any attempt to circumvent a permanent closure will itself constitute a breach of these Terms and may be reported to relevant authorities.
